To qualify for the Lowest Price Guarantee the product must be identical, delivered online, must include VAT, authentication or set up charges and any delivery charges, and must not be either the free credit report trial of a more expensive subscription, nor have any obligation to receive marketing messages or make further purchases. Online statutory credit files from each of the credit reference agencies cannot be compared with our credit reports, and are therefore excluded from the guarantee. This offer is limited to one refund per person and is not transferable.
