You can expect to see updates to court information within a month after you have:

  • Been discharged from bankruptcy.

  • Satisfied a County Court Judgment.

  • Successfully disputed the information.

If more than one month has passed and the expected update still isn’t showing on your credit report, please get in touch.

Will a CCJ be removed from my credit report once paid?

A CCJ will be removed from your credit report six years after the date of issue, regardless of whether or not the judgment has been paid.

The only exception to this is if the judgment is paid within the first month of issue, meaning it has been set aside. If the judgment is set aside, it will be automatically removed from your credit report within one month.
