Victim of Impersonation

If you have been the victim of identity fraud, and a lender has received a fraudulent application in your name, you might see a Victim of Impersonation entry on your credit report which the lender would have added through Cifas. It is a warning to other lenders to do extra security checks to verify your identity when you apply for credit. Find out more here.
