If you’re having trouble logging in, you might be able to fix it by: 

  • Requesting a password reset link. Find out how here.  

  • Trying to log in with a different browser. 

  • Using incognito or private browsing mode.  

  • Using a different device. 

  • Making sure your Wi-Fi or mobile data signal is strong and stable.  

If you’ve tried all these things and still can’t log in, please send us a message with the following details: 

  • The type of device you’re using - is it a mobile, tablet, laptop, or desktop? 

  • The brand of your device: iPhone, Samsung, etc.  

  • Your operating system: iOS, Android, or Windows, and the version. 

  • Are you using Wi-Fi or mobile data?  

Please also send a screenshot of the issue, if you can. We’ll look into it and get things fixed as soon as possible.
